Checking my last day of health coverage (St. Louis)

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. It has been a long 23 weeks. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
