Checking my last day of health coverage (Minneapolis)

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a medical assistant. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
