Checking my last day of health coverage (Honolulu)

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. Thank you in advance. The letter is unclear about dental and vision.

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
