Checking my last day of health coverage - first time posting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a nurse's aide. Any experience at all would help. I have an appointment next week. How did you confirm your end date?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
