Checking my last day of health coverage - first time posting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a production planner. It has been a long 26 weeks. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
