Checking my last day of health coverage - first time posting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a welding apprentice. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have an appointment next week. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
