Checking my last day of health coverage - first time posting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a forklift operator. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
