Checking my last day of health coverage - first time posting

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I worked as an accountant before this. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. How did you confirm your end date?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
