Checking my last day of health coverage

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an accounts payable clerk. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
