Checking my last day of health coverage

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a social media manager. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
