Checking my last day of health coverage, customer-service rep here

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a customer-service rep. It has been weighing on me all week. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
