Checking my last day of health coverage

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an accountant. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have an appointment next week.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
