Checking my last day of health coverage - any advice?

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a dental hygienist. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
