Checking my last day of health coverage - any advice?

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have an appointment next week.

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
