Checking my last day of health coverage - any advice?

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a bank teller. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. What should I do about appointments?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
