Checking my last day of health coverage - any advice?

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an insurance claims processor. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The letter is unclear about dental and vision.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
