Checking my last day of health coverage - any advice?

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a forklift operator. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.
