Checking my last day of health coverage after 8 years as a production planner

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a production planner. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. What should I do about appointments?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
