Checking my last day of health coverage after 7 years as a web developer

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. Thank you in advance. I have an appointment next week. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
