Checking my last day of health coverage after 6 years as an HR coordinator

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an HR coordinator. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
