Checking my last day of health coverage after 5 years as an administrative assistant

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. Thank you in advance. I have an appointment next week. How did you confirm your end date?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
