Checking my last day of health coverage after 4 years as a welding apprentice

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
