Checking my last day of health coverage after 17 years as a bank teller

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a bank teller. I am in St. Louis, in case local advice matters. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
