Checking my last day of health coverage after 15 years as a warehouse supervisor

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
