Checking my last day of health coverage - 3 weeks in

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. It has been a long 3 weeks. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. What should I do about appointments?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
