Checking my last day of health coverage - 23 weeks in

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have an appointment next week. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
