Checking my last day of health coverage - 22 weeks in

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have an appointment next week. What should I do about appointments?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

I moved my appointments earlier while coverage was active. It saved me a bill.
