Checking my last day of health coverage

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an event coordinator. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. Did coverage match what HR said?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
