Checking my last day of health coverage - 14 months and counting

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The letter is unclear about dental and vision. What should I do about appointments?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
