Checking my last day of health coverage - 14 months and counting

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an event coordinator. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have an appointment next week. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
