Checking my last day of health coverage - 11 weeks in

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an HR coordinator. It has been a long 11 weeks. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
