Checking my last day of health coverage

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a janitorial supervisor. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The letter is unclear about dental and vision.

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
