Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - what worked for you?

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
