Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - what worked for you?

I have 2 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a bank teller. It has been a long 24 weeks. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
