Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - what worked for you?

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a janitorial supervisor. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
