Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - what worked for you?

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a sales associate. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
