Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? - what worked for you?

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $400 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
