Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (update)

I have 6 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a warehouse supervisor. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
