Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (update)

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a sales associate. I worked as a sales associate before this. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
