Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (update)

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. Any experience at all would help. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
