Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (update)

We are a household of 11 and need to cut costs quickly. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $850 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
