Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (update)

I have 2 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a home health aide. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $350 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
