Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (update)

I have 14 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a procurement assistant. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $800 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
