Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (update)

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a social media manager. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
