Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (update)

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. It has been weighing on me all week. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $150 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
