Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (Tucson)

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I worked as a home health aide before this. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
