Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?, software tester here

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a software tester. It has been weighing on me all week. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
