Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first? (San Diego)

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a hotel front-desk agent. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $550 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
