Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?, sales associate here

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a sales associate. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $250 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
