Budget after a layoff: what did you cut first?, sales associate here

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a sales associate. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $950 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
